About This Project

The houses were originally HMO and in a dilapidated condition subject to environmental notices from the condition subject to environmental notices from the council. Planning permission was obtain and the houses were converted and modernised to provide sufficient accommodation for twenty persons. An Appeal was also allowed to provide additional car parking at the front of the property.

Employed as architects and surveyors, dealing with design co-ordination, project management, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, quantity surveying and contract management.
