The Planning and Listed Building consents provide for the change of use from Offices (Class B1) to single family dwelling houses (Class C3) within Grade I listed buildings.
In addition to the change of use applications, internal alterations together with the introduction of lifts were also required together with liaison with and permission from the Crown Estate.
Employed as Architectural and Building Surveyors to appraise and survey the whole terrace located along the south side of Regents Park, obtain various consents for the proposed amendments and prepare a schedule of works.
