The house comprises Ground Floor and two upper floors with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, cloakroom and toilet, linen room, three reception room, kitchen, utility room, conservatory and integral garage all linked together with one staircase and intermediate landings. There is a rear terrace and garden and front carriageway area which allows vehicular off-street parking. The house was gutted by fire which rendered it uninhabitable.
