Project in St Johns Wood to convert Grade II listed Church to provide eight self-contained flats together with new extension to provide a further eight new self-contained flats.  The rear apse of the Church was converted to provide a nursery unit. Works included total refurbishment of the Church building, new floors and roofs and new build side extension with lift.

Employed on full one-stop service to include project management, planning, architecture, structural engineer, quantity surveying and party wall matters.
