Complete refurbishment of a four-storey home in North-West London following a devastating fire. Works included re-building of timber framed roof, complete re-structuring and fit out internally, air conditioning, Crestron control, lighting design and bespoke joinery.

Employed on full one-stop service to include quantity surveying, project management, architecture, interior design, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and party wall issues.
